Miami Grill’s primary concern is, and has always been, the health and well-being of our guests, employees, Operators and restaurant team members as well as the communities we serve. Considering the concerns surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we wanted to assure you we are closely monitoring the situation and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our guests, employees and associates as the situation evolves.
In addition to our existing daily protocols, which always takes the health and safety of our guests and team members very seriously, our restaurants have heightened their cleaning procedures and we are assuring the following key actions are being followed:
⦁ Any personnel not feeling well, or sick has been instructed to stay home
⦁ Constant hand washing with soap & water for 20 seconds followed by sanitizing
⦁ Reminder to avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
⦁ Gloves are worn by all employees
⦁ Gloves are replaced every 15 minutes
⦁ All high touch surfaces such as door handles, door glass, front counter, credit card readers, soda dispensers, tables, chairs, etc must be cleaned and disinfected every 15 minutes
⦁ Providing hand sanitizer to our guests
⦁ Employees wear masks at all times
